Aftermarket Value Priced Replacement Vibration Damper or Crank Pulley.  This is the 'pulley only' which attaches onto the hub.

Tighten the 3 bolts into the hub to 28 Nm or 20.6 ft-lb.

CAUTION: Removing the hub bolt to the crankshaft will allow the Timing Chain Drive Sprocket to rotate freely - allowing the engine timing to change. This can result in damage to the valves!
