Factory replacement Parking Light / Fog Light module for MINI. These are the lights 'in' the front bumper below the headlights. Some models have a combination Parking Light and Fog light module, while other are a simple Parking Light module. Sold Each - the same module is used on the right and left sides.

Question:
I would like to purchase this FOG/PARKING LIGHT MODULE. My MINI Cooper currently has the parking light only modeule. If I were to buy the fog/parking light module, would I need to purchase additional wiring?
Answer:
If you currently don't have the fog/parking combo light and you want to install it to replace the parking light module, there some items you may need:
1. Wiring - you will need to check behind the light module to see if the extra wiring is already there.
2. Fog light switch - when the fog light switch is ordered from the factory, they install a different switch module in the center console that includes a toggle switch for the fog light. The entire switch console needs to be replaced with one that includes the fog light switch.
3. Software - after the light and switch is installed, you may need to have the software updated to 'enable' the fog light before it will function.
