For most minis with dual gauges up to 1969 that had oil/temp gauges fitted used this type when fitted with a voltage stabilizer. Minis before 1964 (except some Super Deluxe) and pre Sept 1964 Cooper S used GTR102
Question:
I have a 62 Cooper 997, with a genuine 1275 S block with rear tappet covers, but not sure what the head is, It has 11 bolt set up, but I think it is a ported Metro head, not original to the block. My temperature sender threads don't match the adapter screwed into the head. What else do I need?
Answer:
We would suggest in addition to the GTS104 referenced above that you would also need the adapter 11K2846
