This genuine KAD QuickStick replaces your original shift lever and incorporates many improvements. Reverse is selected by lifting a collar rather than pulling up the whole lever; a larger pivot ball and slot provide better longevity and reliability, and does not require any additional parts from a donor standard gear stick.
