This Classic Mini kit includes the better race type billet spin on oil filter adapter and the MOC1018 hose and fittings for 1991 1275 engines and later that have 11/16" UNF engine block threads.

I have a 1993 rover mini 1.3, automatic.
Would this part MMKT0040 fit?
I want to convert from the current canister style oil filter, as it constantly leaks.
Answer:
No, this head is not for the automatics, It's meant to the manual engine blocks only. I don't believe such a conversion exists.
