MINI Factory replacement Intercooler Clamp Kit for the Inlet side of the Intercooler (passenger side on US MINIs). These are the 'clamps that scure the rubber 'tube' that connects the supercharger outlet plenum to the Intercooler.

The Bellows In and Clamp In are right side components (the larger end) in the diagram (passenger side on the US model MINIs). The Bellows Out and Clamp Out are the left side components (the smaller end) in the diagram (drivers side on the US model MINI).

There are two clamps and 4 bolts at each end of the intercooler. 'Clamp Kit In' and 'Clamp Kit Out' each includes two upper and two lower clamp halves and 4 bolts.
