Centers are aluminum and wooden (laminate) wheels are made from either Gaboon (Okoume) or Sapele which are both South African tropical hard woods. This wheel is 14" diameter, 2" smaller than the earliest Spridget 2-spoke factory wheels and about 1.5" smaller than the 1964 & later wheels. It is a flat wheel with drilled spokes.
