Variant 1 - Sporty Handling with factory pre-set damping
The ideal system for customers wishing to rely on the experience of our engineers to set the damper setting, yet determine their own degree of lowering. In extensive driving tests our engineers have set the dampers for the best balance between sporty driving, comfort and safety. The user is then free to decide the best height setting for their use and preference.

Variant 2 - Sport Handling with adjustable rebound damping
This system intended for the experienced driver who does not only wish to determine the individual lowering of his vehicle, but also wishes to carry out setup adjustments. The adjustable rebound damper allows adjusting the pitch and roll behavior of the vehicle and therefore the driving pleasure can be adapted to the own requirements.

Variant 3 - Individual suspension setup for different uses and preferences
State-of-the-art technology from motor sports for more performance on the road. The separate and independently adjustable rebound- and compression damping allows for an individual suspension setup for different uses and preferences. The unique patented system with its two-stage valves allows a rebound damping adjustment (comfort) and a compression adjustment (driving dynamics) in the low-speed range while the high-speed range which controls the driving safety, is fixed.

Clubsport - Coilovers for Race Track and Road
KW Clubsport coilovers was developed for customers, who demand a better handling car when participating in track day events, but also require a setup that could be used every day. The Clubsport was specifically designed for the Nordschleife using track day tires. By using the optional adjustable top mounts, the suspension geometry can be adjusted to the requirements of tires and the intended use. The mentioned adjustment options combined with the independently adjustable rebound and compression damping technology allow a suspension setup according to the vehicle load, tire characteristics and different track conditions. KW Clubsport meets every demand regarding a coilover for the usage on the road and the race track.

If your original suspension is too hard for your everyday life or even the comfort of your installed aftermarket suspension kit KW Street Comfort sport suspension is the perfect solution for more driving comfort. It combines a minimal lowering within the vehicle-specific adjustment range of ten to 40 mm with a comfort-oriented damper setup developed from KW test engineers in numerous test runs in everyday life and on our KW 7-post rig.

Whether on long trips on the motorway, or many miles on country roads, with KW Street Comfort coilovers you can enjoy a comfortable setup. The shorter KW damper housings enable a comfortable setup despite the lowering. The KW Street Comfort coilovers include comfort-oriented damping and spring characteristics which are perfectly adjusted to each other. Additionally the KW Street Comfort coilovers allow you to individually adjust the rebound damping to suit your driving style and your sense of comfort.

With KW Street Comfort coilovers you can influence the handling and comfort by the individually adjustable rebound damping. With 16 precise clicks, you can adjust the KW dampers to a be more comfortable or a little firmer without affecting the compression damping. By increasing the rebound force with the adjustment wheel, the body movements are reduced. Your has more directional and cornering stability. If you change to bigger wheels than the wheel / tire combination which came from the car manufacturer, you can adapt the rebound damping to the driving behaviour of your car and your new alloy rims perfectly. Or you can reduce the rebound forces with a few clicks to gain even more comfort - just as you have always desired from a sport suspension.

Not only stainless steel struts, corrosion-resistant components great durability, you have the possiblity to adjust the dampers to your own requirements in rebound (16 clicks) are good reasons to buy KW coilovers Variant 2 "inox-line".

As with all KW coilovers our engineers develop vehicle specific damper settings which undergo comprehensive test cycles in the Nürburgring Nordschleife and on our KW 7-post driving dynamic centre. With a KW coilover kit the driving experience is more dynamic and direct. Because of the rebound adjustablility with our KW Variant 2 coilovers you can have more influence in handling and comfort of the car. With 16 precise click you can adjust the KW dampers (firmer or more comfortable) without affecting the bottom vlave of the compression damping.

Depending on vehicle type, the rebound valves of the KW twin-tube dampers have to be adjusted at the upper end of the piston rod with an integrated adjustment wheel or the twist-adjuster which is part of the delivery content. By increasing the rebound force via the adjustment wheel, the body movements are reduced. Your car will stay in line and you will have more stability at increased corner speed. If you change for example the wheel / tire combination (approved by the car manufacturer) to larger wheels, then with a KW coilover Variant 2 you will be able to adjust the car's handling and the new wheels perfectly to each other.

At our headquarters in Fichtenberg each KW coilover Variant 2 "inox-line" kit is subject to extensive stress tests during production to meet the high standards of our KW quality management. Every single damper and suspension kit is tested thoroughly.

KW coilover struts are 100% rust-free and have an unlimited life time under all weather conditions. All parts are designed for long term use. After a salt spray test the KW coilover struts were free of oxidation. Even after years the height adjustment will not be affected.

Our engineers have developed a sporty yet harmonious basic setup, as with any KW coilover kit. To be able to guarantee the perfect suspension setup we test on our KW 7-post rig, as well as extensive driving tests on country roads, motorways and even on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. For years, the KW coilover kit Variant 3 "inox-line" is one of the top aftermarket products and is a benchmark for coilovers. It convinces sports car drivers, tuner, large-and small series manufacturer such as Alpina, MTM, Manthey, Oettinger and many more leading companies in the international automotive industry with its damping characteristics, quality finish and durability.

With the KW coilovers Variant 3 "inox-line" you will get much more than just a sporty lowering and excellent driving behaviour on all roads. If you have already made your first performance modifications to your vehicle our KW coilovers Variant 3 will compliment your upgrades. The patented KW-valve technology for separate adjustment of rebound and compression damping allows you to individually setup your suspension.The adjustable KW bottom valve adjusts the low-speed range of the compression level in twelve clicks.

You don’t need any adjusting tools because of the patented compression adjuster at the lower end of the stainless steel housing. The adjustable compression damping with its twelve exact clicks allows you to manually influence body roll, without having to change the spring rate which optimally matches the rebound.

With the individually adjustable rebound setup of the KW coilover Variant 3 "inox-line", you can directly influence the handling and comfort with its precise click adjustment. NOTE:

Lowering the ride height will add negative camber to the rear. For best results, you should add adjustable rear control arms to correct the rear camber after lowering your car. If you choose not to correct the rear camber, your rear tires will wear unevenly. Install the rear adjustable control arms and have the alignment corrected.
