MINI COOPER S TURBO INSTALLATION HARDWARE GUIDE
For the 2nd Generation R55 Clubman, R56 Hardtop, R57 Convertible, R58 Coupe, R59 Roadster, R60 Countryman and R61 Paceman Cooper S models
Servicing the turbocharger in the 2nd generation Mini Cooper S models can be very challenging. There are the standard replacement parts that should be replaced when servicing the turbo, but there are also many other hardware parts that become unusable during dis-assembly, or you find them corroded or damaged and require replacement.
This Application Guide lists most of the common turbocharger related hardware that you 'may' need, along with a few upgrades that you may wish to consider. Click on the image or title to see more details on product page.
For Turbo replacements and upgrades, see our Mini Cooper Turbo Application Guide.

Oil Feed Line Heat Shield Aftermarket This is an aftermarket version of the heat shield for the oil feed line. Use this or the factory heat shield. For best results, use BOTH! |

Diverter Valve Upgrade This diverter valve upgrade produces sharper throttle response and uses higher quality materials than stock. |
Exhaust Clamp Factory replacement clamp to secure the exhaust system to the downpipe. |
Cooper S Downpipe OEM If your turbo failed with white smoke out the exhaust, you should replace the downpipe since your old cat is contaminated and clogged with oil. This creates back pressure which will cause problems with any new turbo. |
