Well there's a topic all in on its own.
He was always wondering about other people. Especially his favourite love. So should we start one asking What Happened to William Eugene Cox? And the General-Audience-edited-answer I think is best is, "No". Enjoy the peace.

Simple recipe for Excitement: Take 1 Classic Mini. Throw in 1590cc's of engine. Add 5 gears. A dash of 94 octane. A sprinkle of style inside and out. Toss in 1 MadMan and finally heat tires and pavement to taste. Recipe produces 1 Mini VTEC conversion and full satisfaction. Motor on!

I am waiting 10 days or so to see what happens. Myself, I believe court ruling documents.

I think it has to do with the poster. If you remember he was banned from posting on this forum. Look and you will see all his posts are gone.

As it stands right now, Moke Amercia's website is still up and their social media accounts are still active and posting recent content. So they are still operating as normal for now. But for how much longer and what the details are? Time will tell all. At the very least they'll have to change their slogan of being "The only electric Moke in America," now that Moke International has landed.
I'd say the topic isn't dead, just on hold

I drove a modern "MOKE" a few months ago in the Cayman Islands, but it CLEARLY was not a real Moke.
It kinda/sorta looked like a MOKE, but it was all chinesium parts.
I enjoyed it, but I would never buy one.
I posted a bunch of pix.
Are these the same ones being made or imported by (ahem) "MOKE AMERICA" that this thread is about or are you guys
talking about something totally different MOKE-wise???

~ 30 minutes in a Mini is more therapeutic than 3 sessions @ the shrink. ~

Seems one of the issues is who has the naming rights to the word Moke. Does anyone have a good understanding of the outcome?

Some people were posting false information so I felt it best to delete the thread.

It was interesting following the Moke America troubles thread - wonder what happened to it?
That trademark case must have repurcussions - just be of note to Moke enthusiasts here as to what happened and what is forecast to happen to the companies and people involved..........
minimania included.................................. anyone know?
