I have a 1979 mini like to change my wheels from 10 inch to 12 inch, will your 12 inch just bolt right on to my wheels?

Yes the bolt circle of the 10" wheel is the same as the 12". BUT please note that you must also only use a 60 series tires with 12" wheels. The overall diameter of the tire be it 10" or 12" can not very by much.
