Ultra light billet EN24 steel race flywheel for diaphragm clutch with ring gear for pre-engaged starter. Upgrade from EN8 for real race engines.

EN24 has better wear and shock resistance than EN8 which can fret on the crankshaft of highly tuned race engines. EN24 is more stable as it is a high strength alloy steel(nickel chromium molybdenum). EN8 widely used on flywheels is only a medium strength carbon steel which is easier to machine and suitable for most applications.

The latest refinement of the Ultra-light Mini flywheel is that it is now made symmetrically to reduce harmonics vibrations caused by earlier versions identified by their large 3 slots, rather than the current 6 smaller slots- yet it still weighs just over 8 lbs.!
