For those of you who have a functional stowage box above the glove box, here is a neat Ipod accessory. (Early production 2007 models had this compartment locked from the factory due to excessive rattles, but your dealer should update the compartment free of charge to a functional unit)

Specially designed stowage box to be mounted behind the door in the passenger dashboard trim above the glove box. The stowage box has a special mounting position for the iPod Interface and a compartment, large enough to hold the iPod®.

For your 2007-2010 R56 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Hardtop and your 2008-2010 R55 CLUBMAN. Will not fit in the glove box.

Does NOT fit 2002-2006 Models or 2005 - 2008 Convertibles.
