Direct 'bolt-on' replacement for the factory's HEAVY dual mass flywheel. Fits the N14 (07-10) engnes with the 228mm Clutch. This unit can be mated to any clutch that will fit the factory Dual Mass Flywheel.
Fits the following Cooper S models with the N14 engine:
2007-2010 R56 MINI Cooper S Hatchback
2008-2010 R55 MINI Cooper S Clubman
2009-2010 R57 MINI Cooper S Convertible
This Lightweight Flywheel is 26 lbs.
"There is no lock hole on the this flywheel, if they get this flywheel they will have to do timing by leveling the pistons and locking them with a BMW flywheel lock tool. We have found that the hole on the OEM flywheel is 30deg off so it is not a good marker if the timing is to be done accurately"
