I have a 2008 MINI Cooper Clubman. Great car except the ride is so stiff. You bounce up and down with every little bit of gravel in the road. The tires are NOT run-flats. My question is, are there other struts and shocks that might make the punishing ride a little more forgiving?
Do you know if your Clubman has lowering springs installed?
Two ways to improve ride quality - go with a small diameter wheels with taller tires, or go with the KONI Special Active shocks.
These KONI shocks will not give you a Buick ride, but it will definitely take the 'harshness' out of the ride.

Will this be a right choice for my 2011 Mini Cooper CPE hardtop sport package (non - S model). I bought my mini as a certified pre owned from the dealership in 2014 w 29k miles. As of now 2020 the mini has 97k miles. When I got the mini, it was a perfect car for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 very little boys, ages 4 and 8. This was and still is my dream car. This is the idea car for our road tips and going out as a family to dinner, and perfect car for just 2 going to Las Vegas from Los Angeles. Road trips almost every month to the central cost. On avg 400 miles per trip. It’s fun to drive and better than my 2007 Chevy 1500 truck. My style of driving is hard turns last second “oh that was our exit to oh watch out for that squirrel” and from road to beach and back woods. Now my wife uses my mini for her work and many miles on freeway to stop and go “and hard breaking and worst she makes wide turns as if she was a 18 wheeler” lol sorry I love my mini. So do you think these are the right fit for my mini, now that we are on lockdown I have the time for some much needed TLC on the mini. When we get out of the mini you can hear poping noises as it’s going up. Any input or suggestions on other options is welcome.
The special active KONI shocks are the best solution if ride quality is important to you. The special actives are performance shocks that maintain or improve ride quality.

As long as you don't have lowering springs, these will work fine on your 2011 R56 MINI Cooper Hardtop.
