MINI factory OEM replacement Grille for the hood scoop.  Some owners like to remove this piece, but if you want the full 'stock' look, this is the factory original replacement. This grille insert is a cosmetic piece and does not affect functionality of the car.

Hardware is not included, however the optional Installation Kit includes the screws to attach this grille.
