Question:

Is it just a clip-on, easy to install? What if it doesn't fit, can I get a refund?

Answer:

I wouldn't call it a 'simple clip-on' mirror cover, but it's not difficult.
First you need to remove the mirror glass which can be carefully pried off using a plastic trim tool.
Once the mirror is removed, you will see the plastic tabs (x5) that hold the cover in place. Release these tabs one at a time and you can pull the cover off. (the tabs are fragile so be careful if you plan to re-use the covers.)
