- MINI factory Clutch Kit (Clutch Disc, Pressure Plate)
- MINI factory Clutch Release Module (Throw out bearing, Guide Tube, Release Lever)
- MINI factory original Flywheel Bolts (x8)
- MINI factory original Pressure Plate Bolts (x6)
Fits the following models with the manual transmission:
2014-2020 F56 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Hardtop
2015-2020 F55 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Hardtop 4-Door
2016-2020 F57 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Convertible
Kits are different depending on models, select accordingly.
When servicing the clutch, MINI recommends replacing the Flywheel Bolts, Pressure Plate Bolts, and the Guide Tube. Both the Flywheel Bolts and the Pressure Plate Bolts are considered 'stretch' bolts and need to be replaced when servicing the clutch.
Tightening torque
Flywheel M12 bolts: 88.50 ft lbs. (120 Nm)
Pressure Plate M8 bolts: 11.06 ft lbs. plus 90° (15 Nm plus 90°)
NOTES:
Check the clutch release lever ball pin and renew it if necessary.
Attention! Different sized ball pins may be installed in vehicles until 12/2016!
Ball pins differ in length, diameter and visually by the flat portion!
It must be ensured that the same ball pin is installed again!
Non-compliance may lead to damage to the clutch and transmission!
