MINI factory replacement Left side A Pillar Seal. This is the Seal or Gasket that goes under the shiny black trim between the front windshield and front door window. Cover and Seal for left and right are sold individually.

The outer A pillar cover is attached with 4 clips which are included with the replacement cover, and 4 hidden screws behind the seal in the door jamb (NOT included with the replacement cover).  Windshield installers sometimes miss the hidden screws and break the tabs for the screws during the windshield replacement.  Once the screw tabs are broken, only the 4 plactic rivets hold the cover in place  and guess what....  it won't stay very long!
