MINI factory Rear Bumper Carrier or Bumper Subframe for the S3ARA factory Luggage Carrier option.  This bumper carrier includes the threaded port on the left side (drivers side on US MINIs), in addition to the threaded tow hook port on the right side which is standard.

Not compatible with the F56 Cooper SE models.

NOTE:  Check to make sure you have the access cover on both sides before ordering this item.  On cars without the Luggage Carrier option, only the right side has the threaded receptacle (for the tow hook).  This item provides the threaded receptacle for both sides.
