The best way to drive a Mini is very defensively and knowing what is approaching from behind is important. Your forward thinking about mirrors can greatly impact your hindsight! The modern answer is these large 3"x5.5" chrome finish plastic housed mirrors. Used on many later models of the Mini, they look good and allow you to look great (rearwards)! Pictured are GAM215 and GAM216- sold individually. See GAM217 & GAM218 for convex lenses with a really wide view! Distance between centers of screw holes is 1 7/16". For fitment to later cars originally fitted with plastic mirrors, use fitting kit M90999. Note: These mirror come with fitting kits to fit Minis after 1980 - For fitting to earlier Minis where the holes in the door are 2 1/8" apart, you will need adapter kit CZH3521.
