I don't know about the sway bar fitment but I don't think it would affect fitment there.

No, there are no kits for front and rear. The reason is that MINI never had a rear disc brake option from the factory - they always had rear drums.

This kit is completely custom and it uses calipers from a motorcycle application.
These kits are a direct replacement for the Mini rear drums and use the Mini standard 4x4" pattern.
If you are referring to the AWD rear kit, this will not work, as that kit requires Mazda rear hubs and would use Mazda bolt pattern wheels.
