KAD Classic Mini Billet Alloy Rear Beam Axle -

The KAD Rear Beam has been through an extensive design program and several evolutions to bring you the best product possible.

Investment in state-of-the-art 5 axis machining capabilities, and stress analysis and topology optimization software, means our billet beam now has less deflection than ever before without adding any weight on previous variants.

The newest iteration of the beam means the original Mini geometry is retained (others widen and lengthen the wheel base).

Designed to replace the original steel rear subframe and offer benefits of a huge reduction in weight and the fitment of modern coil-over dampers with endless choice of spring rate tuning.

KAD have also incorporated additional heel-panel fixing points and bespoke camber/toe brackets which use our same tried and tested serration system found on countless racing and performance Minis.

This beam has been extensively tested and developed on both circuit and rally cars and has proven to be strong, rigid and durable.

Various anodized color options available.

Can be used in conjunction with both KAD alloy swing arms and standard steel type. We produce alloy swing arms with knuckle removed for a direct fit to beam.

All hardware is supplied with the beam kit. If you require help with damper and spring choice please contact us. We are currently working on a comprehensive complete kit.

Please Note :

Extra fixing points will need to be marked and then drilled into heel board. The rear turrets will require modifying to allow coil-over springs to be installed.
