This great kit includes both a pair of Wipac Chrome Spotlights and 2 stainless steel mounting brackets.
The lamps are 135mm in diameter, 50mm deep with snap on covers. They use 55 watt H3 bulbs.
The stainless steel spotlight bracket included in this kit for the Minis & Mini Coopers mount on the front panel valance and grille support. These brackets provide perfect rigidity so the the power of the lamps are not impared as will happen if vibration is not controlled.
Auxillary light switch and relay kit is available under part# RLFK200.

I’m looking to put some period classic driving lights on my 71 Midget and am wondering about the mounting system?

Answer:

Other than drilling the front bumper I'm not sure of a way to mount the lights. There are brackets designed for the Mini but whether those will work on a Sprite or Midget is a bit of a guess:

Will these brackets/lights fit my 1993 Rover Mini? Are they only for mounting the outboard lights or can the brackets also be used for 2 center fog lights? Do they require drilling holes? It says the wiring harness for this is no longer available, is there another part number available? I think I would like to mount 4 lights but these mounting brackets look cleaner to me than the 4 light bar system you sell.

Yes, those brackets will work with your Mini. You can use them anywhere you can mount them to the front panel. See the attached picture for how they mount (they do require drilling).
