These are the John Brown Wheels version of the famous Minilite wheels for the Mini, Mini Cooper or the Mini Cooper S. 4.5X10" wheel with normal offset thus you should probably NOT NEED a set of flares to cover them at the top of the fender of either your Mini, Mini Cooper or Mini Cooper S  (lugs and cap included).

NOTE: These wheels are ET21 that will fit standard DRUM BRAKES on Classic Mini's. If your car has front 7.5" Cooper S size Disc Brakes, See Part WHEEL05DB instead.
