Quality reproductions of the classic Lucas SLR and SFT driving lamps from the 50's and 60's. They even say "Lucas" on them. These lamps are approximately 5" in diameter. Driving Lamps have clear plain lenses, Fog Lamps have clear fluted lenses.
Question:
How is this lamp installed on the bootlid?
Answer:
"rear mount" means the mounting point is on the back of the light, rather than the more typical bottom mount lights - These are driving lights meant for the front of the car. They are mounted on brackets, although I suppose you could mount it to the rear of a car but you still need a bracket made for this type of mounting.
Although it wasn't standard - you could use this that way, as many have - I've seen them mounted directly to the boot lid.
