Hello Does this headlamp come for right hand drive as well? or does this part work for both?

These will NOT work on a right hand drive car. The right hand drive version is available by Special Order. But since you live in the USA, and if you have a RHD Mini but driving here in the USA you need the LHD lights. It has to do with what side of the road you drive on and nothing to do with the car.
