Did you read that last one? That's right. I said I wouldn't sell to anyone else at the same price let alone for less and with a carb for free.The person who offered me $350 said that he could only offer $350 and that he wouldn't be able to pay me until the end of January. In my conversation with him, he was very understanding that he was getting a good deal and that if I got a better offer, I would let him know out of courtesy. I did just that, He knew the whole time that I would not sell it out from underneath him for the same price. He was cool with it. You could have bought them, but you're cheap. And so what if I asked you for $400. I should have asked you for $500 for the pain of simply having to deal with you in the first place. But you specifically said "...and i quote "give me $400 and i will drop the first buyer"." Where exactly did you quote that one from? Seems you don't understand the meaning of a quote either. Surprising from such an educated man.

If two people want to get into a bidding war over my parts, I'm more than happy to let them. lol. But I think you'll find that everyone I've sold a part to in the past has had a pretty good experience.

Money talks, bullsh1t walks. I've done lots of deals when I offer the buyer the maximum amount I want to pay (less than he wants to sell for), and said you have my offer, and it stands until you sell them one way or another. Sometimes I get a call back a few hours, days or weeks later, sometimes I don't.

I've had it done to me plenty of times, and don't take offence at all - unless I do can them back and they have reneged on their offer... That is the lower than anything you have mentioned; akin to bidding at an auction and walking out before paying...There is nothing wrong in what the mouse has done IMO. His stuff to sell, to whoever and whatever price he decides.

You not knowing all the facts (which Mal does seem to), but preffering to bring this up, is why my flywheel puller will definately not be loaded out to you good sir. That said, I struggle to lend tools to a neighbour, so don't take any offence, shame, or give two slightest shades of a polished t%rd about my descision.

I don't know about your conversation Robster but that was not the conversation i had with Cameron when i inquired about purchasing his brakes. As i recall i contacted Cameron to buy his 8.4" brakes and he informed me that he already had an offer for $350 including shipping but the buyer could not pay until January roughly a month away at the time, he had just reduced the price of the brakes from $550 to $350 plus shipping. The first buyer was of the understanding that as he could not close the deal immediately if another offer came along in the meantime that was acceptable to Cameron he could accept it and his offer would be void. Cameron did not tell me what he wanted price wise and i offered the full asking price plus shipping to be paid immediately, essentially netting Cameron $36.00 more for his brakes.

Now if you want to buy a set of 7.5" Cooper S brakes which fit under 10 inch wheels (which 8.4" ones don't) i may be able to help you.

I've seen you make reference to "PM" before. I didn't know you could personal message anyone on this forum.

If this is true please explain how to do this. I only thought you could email someone and they'd have to have their email in their profile to do so. ( I know how to PM someone in the "for sale" section, but not on the forum side)

haha really? sorry i didnt know the brakes were in auction and not a direct sale... somebody already promised to give you $350 and you told me, and i quote "give me $400 and i will drop the first buyer" i was like hello!!!  really?? this guy is something else,, you break promises for 50bucks??? wow!! in japan if you break promises, you commit harakiri(google it), i can easiy give you $400 but i dont want to S*** on the other buyers face,out of delicadesa (google it)

As for the email, i'm not making it up. That's the email that you sent to me when you were asking me to sell you my carb. If your memory is fuzzy, I can post the emails. You backed out of that deal just like you're backing out of this one. But don't you worry. I won't sell anything to you in the future or buy anything for that matter. Not sure what I was thinking buying from you anyway. I wouldn't want my car to catch any of the automotive herpes that has infected your car.

His mini special did not come with those rims.  I have offered and will offer again a PDF of the German spec mini special owners manual if he wants. These came with 1098s and hotter plugs.

Seriously look up ice/swamp cooler a/c's with a bag of ice, cooler, 12v fan and a 110/12v converter you will be as cool as a cucumber in that Arizona heat.
