After initial testing Mini Mania introduced the Kyaba (KYB)'s gas charged "Gas-a-just" shock absorbers to the Mini market providing an excellent upgrade for those running standard shocks on a road car even with 13" wheels. Offering a 25% upgrade to their standard equivalent they remain equally consistent in use unlike other less expensive brands. Open length from pin centres is 324mm and closed length is 210mm.

I have a 1988 Mayfair with 12500 documented miles. It has been upgraded with Stage 1 kit and electronic dizzy otherwise stock. I have 165/60/12 with budget hi/lows and blue springs. Not racing, just my cruiser. Looking to upgrade shocks with intent to keep ride smooth as possible. Suggestions? Also wish to replace both front and subframe bushes. Again keep ride smooth.
