The MINI factory replacement PCV Vent Hose. This hose connects from the valve cover to the intake manifold.
Fits following Cooper S models with the N14 engine:
2007-2010 R56 MINI Cooper S Hatchback
2008-2010 R55 MINI Cooper S Clubman
2009-2010 R57 MINI Cooper S Convertible
The 2011+ Cooper S models with the N18 engine eliminated this hose and uses a different design where a hose connects from the engine block to the intake snorkel pipe.

You should be able to follow the old hose and see where it connects. The G2NME6177 PCV hose is for the 2007-2010 MINI Cooper non-turbo with the N12 engine.
