These are 'stretch bolts' that need to be replaced whenever the cylinder head is removed.

 Set includes:

• 10 each of M10x145 head bolts
• 2 each of M8x95 bolts
• 1 each of M8x35 bolt
• 10 each of flat washers

Installation Notes:

• Use new cylinder head fasteners (do not re-use old bolts).
• Torque center bolts first then work outwards.
• Torque value varies depending on bolt size.

30 Nm (22.1 ft-lb)

M8 x 95mm
stage 1 - 15 Nm (11 ft-lb)
stage 2 - additional 90 degrees
stage 3 - additional 90 degrees

M10 x 145mm
stage 1 - 30 Nm (22.1 ft-lb)
stage 2 - additional 90 degrees
stage 3 - additional 90 degrees
