This part is the 'Right Side' or passenger side on US cars, that covers the battery compartment. This part includes the rubber strip that seals against the bottom of the windshield - the rubber strip is molded to the Apron.

The hardware for installing the apron consists of a hex bolt and plastic nut for each side at the outer ends of the apron and you should be able to re-use the existing hardware.

These Apron Covers are only applicable to Left-Hand-Drive Minis.

This is not the rubber that seals against the windshield at the cowl or apron, that rubber seal is molded to the front apron.
