The MINI Factory replacement Front Left Side Apron Cover, at the rear of the engine compartment near the base of the front windshield. This part includes the rubber strip that seals against the bottom of the windhield - the rubber strip is molded to the Apron.  Right and Left side sold separately.

This part is 'LEFT Side' or driver side on US cars, that covers the brake fluid reservoir.
