This Ultimate kit is the best choice for sure. With any of the v-tec kits that retain the front wheel drive, there is no need for anything other than stock rear suspension.

I have a 1000 cm3 Mini, that needs a full restoration. To install a vtec engine what do I need to buy to install? bout Athe suspension and breaks, what do you recommend? About your option to install a four-wheel drive system, do you consider that gives the Mini better handling (security)? What options of engine power do you recommend, since I do not want to race with the car, it is just for pleasure.

Answer:

The most popular and desired kit is the B series retaining the Mini front nose. The all-wheel drive is a nice upgrade, but more money, time, and labor, so if you intend to do normal driving with it, it's probably more of a want than a need. This is the kit we recommend, assuming you have an engine/trans.
