2002-07/2006 R50 MINI Cooper and R53 Cooper S Hatchback
2005-07/2006 R52 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Convertible

Two versions are available for different production dates. The early version (up to 07/2006) is for MINIs with the M12 Wheel Bolts. The later version (from 07/2006) is for MINIs with the M14 Lug Bolts.

MINI recommends the brake fluid be replaced every 2 years. See ATE Performance Brake Fluid for replacement brake fluid. ATE Super Blue and Amber Fluid is a high quality performance fluid that will last much longer than the standard DOT4 fluid. This is an ABS friendly fluid.

Torque specifications:

Front :
disc to hub (torx) : 27 nm
caliper to steering knuckle : 110 nm
guide bolt (7mm) : 25-30 nm
dust shield : 8 nm

Rear :
disc to hub : 27 nm
caliper to trailing arm : 65 nm
guide bolt : 25-30 nm
