Pat,

Thank you for posting a pic of the Red Horror. If I remember correctly that was Phoenix a few years back. The black front wheel would indicate the pic was taken Sunday after a hurried repair on Saturday.

From 2006, third year I'd owned this car. An ad shoot for Blue Cross of Calif. Note how many guys it took to get a close-up of the guy in the yellow shirt polishing the gas cap. Fun day and included a Hollywood-style catered lunch onsite. And a nice rental check!

Nope no tubes. A bit of silicone older the fender washer inside and we run sum of the flat repair goo inside the wheel as well. After 3 years tires still hold air. The higher HP cars have ripped out bolts but I never did

Martin they are those pointy GM body bolts with a flat washer then fender washer on the inside then fender washer outside and then loctite and a crimped style lock nut. the tires are shaved down to loose the tread, the bolts are about 3/8 inch above the nut if I remember. Its just like running on dry pavement.

Workinprogress, how did you make those studded tires?

Cheers,

Martin.
